Custom Transportable Buildings Wins Customer Services Award

The Hunter Business Chamber Customer Service Award was presented to Custom Transportable Buildings.

Custom Transportable Buildings (CTB) was established by parent company Freedom Homes in the Hunter in 1995. CTB manufactures steel frame buildings that include switch rooms, offices, control rooms, bunkhouses, amenities, crib huts, granny flats and manufactured homes.

What sets CTB apart is that it does not offer customers and clients fixed plans or prices but takes a personalised approach to each enquiry providing free on-site inspection and quoting.

The judges noted that quality products and skilled customer service had brought CTB repeat business from significant companies including Downer Engineering, Port Waratah Coal Services, Team Sales, the Department of Community Services Boral Resources and Hunter Valley Compressors.
