CTB Industries location on the North Arm of the Hunter River, adjacent to the Port of Newcastle provides us with a unique advantage of being able to load large electrical switchrooms and substations directly from CTB via our barge siding onto ocean going barges for delivery to Australian and worldwide destinations.

Dale Reid 
Projects Manager
Dale Reid is a seasoned Builder and Joiner with over 20 years of hands-on experience across the Australian and international construction sectors. For the past 11 years, Dale has been a driving force at CTB Industries, where he leads workshop operations and supports modular project delivery from concept to completion.
Dale Reid’s depth of experience and operational leadership are instrumental to CTB’s success. His ability to coordinate workshop builds, manage site logistics, and maintain quality standards makes him a key asset in delivering reliable, transportable building solutions.
Warren Easey
Electrical Manager
is a trade-qualified, licensed electrician with over 36 years of extensive experience in supervision, project management, engineering, and estimating. His career spans multiple sectors including agriculture, construction, mining, petrochemical, and industrial industries.
Throughout his career, Warren has contributed to numerous projects both onsite and offsite across New South Wales and interstate. His comprehensive expertise allows him to support all stages of project delivery — from initial concept and planning through to
successful project completion.
At CTB Industries, Warren plays a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality transportable building solutions, leveraging his vast industry knowledge to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
